BY PURCHASING FROM RENAESONESTOPSHOP.CO, YOU ARE INDICATING YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO OUR REFUND POLICY (BELOW) AND SHIPPING POLICY (ABOVE).

Renae’s goes above and beyond to provide a pleasant experience for all our shoppers. We do two inspections on our merchandise before they depart our shipping station to ensure the goods are dispatched in their proper condition. We do not issue refunds. We do not offer returns or exchanges. If a mistake has been made with your order in that you find that you've been sent the wrong item(s), this is the only exception. If there is an issue with your order, you have 3 days from the time in which you receive your package to report the issue to us.
